- Brendan Liam Johnson (31, Wilmington) was arrested for OUI Liquor and Possession of An Open Container Of Alcohol. (2:21am)

- Patrick Mozuch (19, Wilmington) was arrested for OUI Liquor, Negligent Operation Of A Motor Vehicle, Person Under 21 Possessing Liquor, Marked Lanes Violation, Speeding and Possessing A False/Stolen RMV Document. Mozuch was involved in a 1-vehicle crash on Chestnut Street. (12:27am)
- Peter Hogan (40, Wilmington) was served a summons for Negligent Operation Of A Motor Vehicle, Marked Lanes Violation, and Possession of a Class E Drug (x3). Hogan was involved in a 2-vehicle crash, with airbag deployment, on Main Street. Portion of street shut down. Both vehicles towed. Hogan was transported to Lahey. (3:27pm)
