WILMINGTON POLICE LOG for April 1, 2025

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Tuesday, April 1, 2025:
  • A tractor trailer unit was having difficulty making a turn on Burt Road and hit trees on properties. Damage was done to at least two properties. (7:38am)
  • A 2-vehicle crash occurred on Salem Street. Airbags deployed. Vehicles towed. DPW notified of glass in road. (1:11pm)
  • RMV staff reported a customer struck a parked vehicle in the parking lot. Police assisted with paperwork exchange. (1:29pm)
  • HR manager for NAPA Auto Parts reported an employee quit and threatened to come back with a gun. A well being check was conducted. No trespass paperwork was provided to company to file. (1:49pm)
  • A Crystal Road caller reported a black SUV with their headlights off drove down the street and pulled in front of her house. 2 individuals in black hoodies got out and walked down the street. Police responded. Juveniles were playing the “Senior Assassin Game.” Police advised them and sent them on their way. (10:05pm)
