5 Things To Do In Wilmington On Thursday, April 3, 2025: Opening Night For WHS Musical

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are 5 things to do in Wilmington on Thursday, April 3, 2025:

  • The Wilmington High School Lamplighters Drama Guild presents Hadestown: Teen Edition, an enthralling adaptation of Anaïs Mitchell’s Tony Award-winning musical, on Thursday, April 3 (6:30pm); Friday, April 4 (6:30pm); and Saturday, April 5 (4pm) inside the Joanne Benton Memorial Auditorium at Wilmington High.   • The Wilmington Senior Center (130 Main Street) is holding the following events and activities: Hiking Group (9am); Gentle Yoga (9am); Art (9:45am); Knitting & Crocheting (10:30am); Ceramics (1:30pm); and Functionally Fit (2pm). Learn more HERE.
  • The Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue) is holding the following events and activities: Baby Time (10am).
  • TEXTILES WANTED: The Wilmington Educational Foundation has partnered with Baystate Textiles to raise funds through an ongoing textile recycling rebate program. Bag up any of your unwanted footwear, clothing, accessories, linens and stuffed animals and place them in the donation boxes located outside each of Wilmington’s public schools. Donations can be in any condition as long as they’re clean and dry. The Wilmington Educational Foundation will receive a rebate of $100 for every ton of textiles collected.  WEF earns thousands of dollars each year from this fundraiser.
