WILMINGTON, MA — The Wilmington Fourth of July Committee would like to invite you to participate in this year’s Fifth Annual ‘Firecracker 5K & Family Fun Run on Thursday, June 26, 2025 at 6:30pm at the Wilmington Town Common! The race is part of Wilmington’s 43rd annual Fun on the Fourth Celebration – a beloved tradition honoring our country and community!
NEW THIS YEAR: Cash prizes will be awarded to the top race finishers overall, including a $100 cash prize for the 1st place overall male and female finishers! Prizes will also be awarded to the top 3 finishers in each age group. And all race participants will be entered into a raffle to win a special Fun on the Fourth package! After the race, all participants are encouraged to enjoy live music on the Town Common.
The race will be professionally chip timed by RaceWire and there will be t-shirts for participants while supplies last. Participants are encouraged to register before April 30th in order to take advantage of the discounted early registration fee.
