Below is an announcement from the Wilmington Good Guy Committee:
WILMINGTON, MA — This coming Friday, April 4, 2025 marks the last call for the 2025 Good Guy Nominations. This will be your last opportunity to recognize and promote the person who should be this year’s inductee.
There are lots of good people out there, doing the right thing, and nominations continue to come in for several deserving individuals. Help US to do the right thing by convincing us why your candidate should be recognized above all of the others. Tell us about their Community Service activities. Let us know how they have made a difference in the lives of others.
Nominations must be received no later than 5:00PM this coming Friday, April 4th. Email your last-minute nominations to wilmingtongoodguy@gmail.com or be prepared to wait until next year. We hope that you will be able to celebrate your candidate’s induction on Friday May 9th at the Wilmington Knights of Columbus with a gala dinner, recognition and roast, hosted by Wilmington native, and former Good Guy Steve Bjork.
Voting will take place during the week of April 7th with notifications and tickets available immediately after. All whom have submitted nomination letters will be notified whether or not their candidate has been selected, and please remember that “It’s supposed to be a surprise” for that individual.
