WILMINGTON, MA — The Friends of the Wilmington Memorial Library will hold its Annual Jewelry Sale on Friday, April 4, 2025, from 5pm to 8pm, and Saturday, April 5, 2025, from 9am to 2pm at the Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue).
IMPORTANT – TIMED ENTRY FRIDAY, APRIL 4:
The Friends are requiring timed ticket entry on Friday, April 4th between 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm.
- Timed tickets will be available starting at 2:00 pm on Friday, adjacent to the Circulation Desk, one per customer.
- Available time slots for entry: 5:00 pm, 5:15 pm, 5:30 pm, 5:45 pm, 6:00 pm, and 6:15 pm.
- No Tickets Needed After 6:30 pm on Friday & All Day Saturday (open entry).
- These procedures are designed to help create a smoother and more enjoyable shopping experience.
Why Timed Tickets? Timed tickets help the Friends control the crowd size, prevent long waits, and provide a better shopping experience for everyone. Should crowds grow large, the Friends may temporarily pause entry to ensure we stay within fire code limits. The Friends appreciate your understanding and patience.
Important Shopping Guidelines:
- NO LARGE BAGS, BACKPACKS, OR BULKY GEAR ALLOWED. Space is limited and the Friends want to ensure everyone has room to shop comfortably.
- The Friends may need to temporarily pause entry to ensure the event stays within fire code limits if crowds become too large.
- This is a fundraiser! The Friends are staffed completely by volunteers. While they do their best to identify and label jewelry appropriately, they are not professionals. Please bear this in mind as you shop.
