Residents Invited To Explore Global Cultures At Shawsheen’s Culture Fair On April 12

BILLERICA, MA — The community is invited to a vibrant Culture Fair on Saturday, April 12, from 10am to 1pm, at Shawsheen Valley Technical High School (100 Cook Street, Billerica). This student-led event, organized by the Multicultural Student Association, will showcase the rich traditions of 16 different countries through food, music, games, and fascinating cultural insights.

This free event is open to everyone, and we encourage all community members to join in the celebration. Attendees will receive an activity passport, allowing them to engage with the exhibits, interview participants, and reflect on their learning experience. Shawsheen students can earn extra credit in their social studies classes by completing the passport activities.

The Skills Leadership Team and National Honor Society proudly sponsor this event, reinforcing their commitment to cultural awareness and community engagement.
