WILMINGTON, MA — Code 1 BBQ, the veteran-owned, women-run, family-operated BBQ restaurant, is expanding into a larger space to serve more guests, host events, and introduce exciting new menu items. To support this growth, we’re hosting a Hiring Job Fair on Wednesday, March 27, 2025, from 10 AM to 1 PM, at 228 Main Street in Wilmington.
We’re looking for passionate, hardworking individuals to join our team as we take Code 1 BBQ to the next level. Open positions include:
- Back of House: Meat cutters, assistant pitmasters, prep cooks, line cooks, dishwashers
- Front of House: Cashiers, expo & food runners, floor supervisors
- Catering Team (Contract-Based Only)
At Code 1 BBQ, we’re not just serving up Texas-inspired, slow-smoked BBQ—we’re creating an experience. With our expansion, we’re launching an event space for private parties, community gatherings, and corporate events, along with a menu featuring exciting new dishes.
