Finance Committee Meeting: February 04, 2025

In this meeting, Wilmington’s Superintendent of Public Buildings, Dennis Kelly, presented the FY26 budget for town facilities, highlighting increased maintenance costs, staffing challenges, and major capital improvement projects. With two new all-electric municipal buildings coming online, the town is facing rising electricity costs and making critical decisions about the future of older buildings like the Buzzell School and Roman House.
