- A car struck a telephone pole on Hopkins Street. No injuries. Vehicle towed. (10:16am)
- Keolis notified the train gates at Main Street and Middlesex Avenue were malfunctioning. (12:29pm)
- A caller reported a past hit and run in the New England Dental Group parking lot on Ballardvale Street. (2:57pm)
- MBTA reported a disorderly man on a bus. Police responded. There was a verbal altercation between the passenger and bus driver. Peace restored. Passenger was removed. Police provided him a ride to Stop & Shop in Woburn. (6:13pm)
