WILMINGTON, MA — Roger J. Lessard, of Peabody, formerly a long-time resident of Wilmington, passed away peacefully on January 14, 2025, at the Salem Hospital.
Roger was the beloved husband of Beth J. (Latty) Lessard, devoted father of Lisa M. Fountain of Manchester, NH, Coreen M. McNiff of Pelham, NH, Kari A. Lessard and wife Kerrie Ganley of Dracut, and Joseph J. Lessard of New York. Loving Grandfather of Courtney, Tyler, Blythe, Fallon, Jackson, and Delaney. Dear son of the late John and Marjorie (Owens) Lessard and brother of Gary Lessard of Hudson, NH.
Roger served the Town of Wilmington in several capacities and on various Boards throughout the years; he retired as the Superintendent of Public Buildings following many years of dedication to the community.
At Roger’s request, all services will be private.
Donations in Roger’s memory may be made to the American Heart Association, 93 Worcester Street, Wellesley, MA 02481.
