NOTICE: Reading Municipal Light Department Issues RFP, Looking To Lease Or Purchase Land In Wilmington

Below is an announcement from Reading Municipal Light Department:

READING, MA — RMLD invites proposals for the purchase and/or lease of parcels of land within the RMLD service territory (Reading, North Reading, Wilmington and parts of Lynnfield). The parcel must be at least three (3) acres of non-wetlands. This land will be used for the installation of non-carbon energy generation equipment (such as solar PV) and/or energy storage apparatus and/or electric distribution equipment.

This RFP is being issued under Massachusetts General Laws, 30B §16.
