- A passerby reported train gates arm malfunctioning on Clark Street prior to a train coming through. Police notified Keolis. (12:20pm)
- A Wildwood Street caller reported two teens were trying to break into this barn, which has “No Trespass” signs posted. Police located teens, who were being cooperating and stated they were “exploring.” Teens were advised and reporting party was satisfied. (2:16pm)
- A caller reported observing a middle-aged male and female walk into the wooded area behind Wildwood St. School. She heard some type of sound, described as “target practice.” Caller then saw man walk out of the woods, but not the woman. Police responded and checked area, including a teepee in the woods. No results. (2:49pm)
- A caller reported she went shopping at Savers and left, then received a phone call from a employee accusing her of stealing. Caller is unsure how the store got her cell phone number and denied stealing anything. Police responded. Alleged theft was unfounded. Customer produced a receipt, which was shown to the employee. Manager was unaware the customer had changed register lines. An apology was offered to the customer, which was declined. She was referred to the store’s corporate office. (3:29pm)
- Police advised people who were shotting off fireworks on a driveway on Glen Road. (6:18pm)
