- CHRISTMAS TREE CURBSIDE COLLECTION BEGINS: The Department of Public Works will be collecting Christmas trees curbside from Monday, January 6, 2025 through Friday, January 17, 2025. Residents should remove all decorations and plastic wrapping from their tree and place it curbside on their regular trash pickup day. It is anticipated that the collection will take approximately two weeks. Please note that the pickup may be delayed by weather and other work demands on the DPW. Learn more HERE.
- The Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue) is holding the following activities: Wilmington Community Playgroup (10am).
- The Wilmington Senior Center (15 School Street) is holding the following activities: Tai Chi at 9am, Special Exercise at 10:30am, Wii Bowling at 11:30am; Cribbage at 1pm; and Strength & Stretch at 2pm. Learn more HERE.
- The Wilmington Town Museum (430 Salem Street) is open for free tours from 10am to 2pm.
- The Wilmington Knights of Columbus hosts cribbage games every Monday night at 6:30pm in the KofC’s downstairs hall (142 Middlesex Avenue). $7 entry fee. All skill levels are welcome. Open to the general public (21 and up).
