WILMINGTON POLICE LOG for December 23, 2024

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Monday, December 23, 2024:
  • A vehicle struck a bicycle on Concord Street. Bicyclist refused medical attention. (6:40am)
  • A caller reported a complaint of a dog tied to a tree near Anton’s Cleaners. Police responded. Dog owner was in Market Basket shopping. He was advised of the complaint and told to leave his dog at home. (8:49am)
  • Mass Highway notified of large pothole forming in roadway near Town Park on Main Street. (10:26am)
  • Amazon employee reported what he believes to be a hate crime in their workplace. (3:09pm)
  • Red Heat Tavern reported a male was causing a scene inside the restaurant. Police responded. Male had left prior to arrival. Police reviewed security camera footage and saw no evidence of alleged assault. (5:56pm)
