WILMINGTON, MA — Susan A. Downs, age 69, a life-long resident of Wilmington, passed away peacefully on December 26, 2024.
Susan was born on June 29, 1955, in Winchester, MA; she was the cherished daughter of the late James N. “Jim” and Fay E. (McCauley) Downs. Susan was raised and educated in Wilmington and a graduate of Wilmington High School with the Class of 1973.
Susan is survived by her siblings James N. Downs, Jr. & his wife Mary of Wilmington, Thomas E. Downs & his wife Donna of Hudson, NH, Sharon M. Downs of Methuen, Michael G. Downs & his wife Fernanda and Valerie E. Appiani & her husband Chris all of Tewksbury. She is further survived by her many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
At her request all Funeral Services will be private.
