SALEM, MA — Shawn Ford has been promoted to Team Leader/Business Banking at Salem Five, bringing vast retail and commercial banking experience to his new role, the Bank recently announced.
Ford will oversee a team of business bankers who work closely with the 33-branch Retail Division to provide small and medium sized business with an array of products and services, from loans and lines of credit to deposit and cash management services.

Prior to joining Salem Five as a Business Banker in 2017, Ford was a Commercial Lending Officer at Eagle Bank. Prior to that, he has worked in a number of Business Banking, Retail and Regional Manager positions for Eastern Bank, Citizens Bank and HSBC.
