- The Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue) is holding the following activities: Music and Movement with Thom Mystic Early Intervention (10am); Needleworkers at Night (6pm); and STEAM Team (6pm).
- The Wilmington Senior Center (15 School Street) is holding the following activities: Tai Chi at 9am, Special Exercise at 10:30am, Caregivers Support Group Meeting at 10:30am; Wii Bowling at 11:30am; Cribbage at 1pm; and Strength & Stretch at 3:30pm. Learn more HERE.
- The Wilmington Knights of Columbus hosts cribbage games every Monday night at 6:30pm in the KofC’s downstairs hall (142 Middlesex Avenue). $7 entry fee. All skill levels are welcome. Open to the general public (21 and up).
- CANS WANTED: Wilmington’s Cub Scout Pack 136 and Boy Scout Troop 136 are currently collecting returnable cans and bottles to help support their Scouting programs. Learn more HERE.
- TEXTILES WANTED: The Wilmington Educational Foundation has partnered with Baystate Textiles to raise funds through an ongoing textile recycling rebate program. Bag up any of your unwanted footwear, clothing, accessories, linens and stuffed animals and place them in the donation boxes located outside each of Wilmington’s public schools. Donations can be in any condition as long as they’re clean and dry. The Wilmington Educational Foundation will receive a rebate of $100 for every ton of textiles collected. WEF earns thousands of dollars each year from this fundraiser.
