REMINDER: Hanukkah Menorah Lighting On Wilmington Town Common Set For December 25

WILMINGTON, MA — Chabad Lubavitch of Merrimack Valley is holding a Menorah Lighting Ceremony on the Town Common at 5:30pm on Wednesday, December 25, 2024, the first night of Hanukkah.

“We are thrilled to announce our newest public Menorah Lighting in the beautiful town of Wilmington,” announced Rabbi Asher Bronstein.

The event will include latkes and doughnuts, hot drinks, raffles, and dreidels.

The Select Board unanimously granted the request of a Wilmington family to place a Menorah on the Town Common to recognize Hanukkah back at its September 23 board meeting.

“The more we can be inclusive, the healthier we’ll be,” Bronstein told the Board.
