THIS WEEKEND: St. Thomas & St. Dorothy’s Holding Christmas Food Drive On December 14-15

Below is an announcement from The Parish of the Transfiguration:

WILMINGTON, MA — The Parish of the Transfiguration is conducting a Christmas Food Drive to help families in need within the St. Thomas and St. Dorothy’s parish.

Donations can be left inside the entrances of both St. Thomas and St. Dorothy’s prior to the masses on December 14, 2024 and December 15, 2024.

Grocery store gift cards in any denomination are needed for each dinner basket and would be much appreciated.

Requested, non-perishable food items include:

  • Lasagna Noodles/Spaghetti or Ziti
  • Pasta Sauce
  • Grated Cheese
  • Instant Potatoes
  • Rice
  • Soup
  • Canned Vegetables & Canned Fruit
  • Quick Bread or Muffin Mix
  • Pancake Mix & Syrup
  • Brownie Mix, Cookie Mix, Cake Mix & Frosting
  • Coffee, Tea, Hot Cocoa
  • Bags of Apples or Oranges

Monetary donations (if by check, please made payable to the Parish of the Transfiguration) or gift cards can be brought to the Parish Office, CCD Office, and or place in the offertory marked “Christmas Dinners.”
