Wilmington Police Department Launches New Website

WILMINGTON, MA — Chief Joseph Desmond is pleased to announce that the Wilmington Police Department has launched a new website.

The new site, wpd.org, now features an interactive homepage with user-friendly features and a modern design.

From the homepage, users can access information about the various resources offered by the department. Resources include child passenger safety, CPR courses, Citizens Police Academy, medication disposal, and more.

Visitors can also learn more about the department’s divisions including operations, detective, and animal control.

Users will now have access to various forms such as records requests, commendations and complaints, and anonymous tips.

The website will be updated with news and events, and community members are encouraged to subscribe to the site to stay up-to-date. Users are also encouraged to check out Department social media platforms including Twitter/XInstagramFacebook, and YouTube, which can be easily accessed directly from the site.
