NEAR WILMINGTON LINE ON 38: Former ‘Woodhaven’ Memory Care Facility Fully Renovated, Reopens Under New Ownership As ‘The Willows’ 55+ Community

TEWKSBURY, MA — Join Sawyer Realty and the Town of Tewksbury for an open house grand opening of The Willows, a new 55+ community, at 2580 Main Street, on Thursday, November 14, 2024 at 11:30am.

The building and grounds of the former Woodhaven Memory Care Facility, which closed in early 2022, have undergone renovations and revitalization. The property has been updated and fully equipped with 57 units of 55+ independent living units with common gathering spaces and central cooking and laundry facilities, among other amenities.

Sawyer Realty, the new owners of the property, invites the community to an open house to learn more about the renovation process, tour the new units, and hear more about Sawyer’s work in Tewksbury. Light refreshments will be served. No registration required.
