- Gia Kathleen Smith (22, Malden) was served a summons for Shoplifting By Asportation and Intimidating A Witness/Juror/Police/Court Official. Krista Joy Bannon (39, Malden) was served a summons for Unlawful Deactivation or Removal of Theft Detection Device and Shoplifting By Asportation (Third Offense). Alleged incident took place at Target. (4:17pm)
