Wages: $46,800-$62,400, based on commiserate with experience and licensure; funded for minimum of 3 years
Hours: 30 hours/week; flexible, Benefit Eligible
Location: Wilmington, MA; private office space & potential for in-home therapy

DEFINITION
The Health & Recovery Unit in conjunction with the Town of Wilmington is seeking an individual to serve as a therapist for residents of Wilmington. The position will seek to supplement other town-established support services and allow individuals to access therapy, free of charge, for up to 6 months. The Health & Recovery Unit Bridge Therapist will focus specifically on providing a wide range of therapeutic services (CBT, motivational interviewing, DTB, etc.) to residents of diverse populations, including, but not limited to: age (children, adolescents, adults, seniors), veterans, LGBTQ+, substance use, mental health, developmental health, trauma. This position will partner closely with Town Departments to receive referrals for individuals in need of immediate therapy while the individual awaits outside therapy.
