WILMINGTON POLICE LOG for October 19, 2024

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Saturday, October 19, 2024:
  • Fire Department responded to reports of a basement fire on Burlington Avenue. (7:05am)
  • A caller reported two males were parked in a green jeep at the Wildwood School, and one of them tried to enter the building. The caller beeped at them and the male party ran back to the jeep and drove off. Police found no signs of forced entry. (11:38am)
  • Police transported an aggressive patient who Mayflower Detox staff wanted removed for their facility. (2:08pm)
  • A Keolis employee was working on repairing the train gate on Clark Street when a driver struck and broke the gate, which swung into the employee. Employee was able to give a description of the vehicle. (3:53pm)
