WILMINGTON, MA — Debra A. Bryant, 64, of Wilmington, passed away unexpectedly at her residence on Sunday, October 13. She was the beloved wife of Robert M. Bryant with whom she shared 43 years together and 35 years of marriage.
Debra was born in Lynn on August 12, 1960, daughter of Joan (Perlino) Beauchamp and the late James Beauchamp. She was raised and educated in Lynn, a graduate of Lynn Classical High School, Class of 1978. Most recently she had worked as a lab cell wafer fabricator for Raytheon.
Debra was a fun-loving, free-spirited woman and over the years she enjoyed attending concerts and festivals with her husband and son. She enjoyed the outdoors and nature, especially taking canoeing trips on the Saco River, she had an affection for animals that was always on display, whether donating to different animal organizations or caring for her many cats and dogs.
Along with the outdoors and attending many events, she also enjoyed the simple things in life. No matter where she was, she made sure to go to Charlie’s Seafood & sit on the beach and enjoy her food along side her pups.
Her compassion was one of her best qualities, as caring for others above herself. She donated to various veteran organizations in homage to her father, who was a veteran of the armed services. Her most important passion was caring for her family. She was a devoted wife, mother, sister-in-law, auntie and friend. Debbie’s presence will be forever missed by those who knew and loved her.
Besides her loving husband of 35 years, she is survived by her son, Robert J. Bryant (Bobby), her beloved dogs Ryder & Allah, her beautiful cats and her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Donald Bryant (Joy), Lynne Henry (Dana), Ellen Patterson (Paul), Claire Conway (Tom), Kathy Bishop (Dave), and had a special relationship with all of her nieces & nephews and an over abundance of love for her grand nieces & nephews.
She was predeceased by her brother-in-law, Norval D. Bryant.
Her Visitation will be held on Friday, October 18, at the Solimine Funeral Home, 426 Broadway(Rt. 129), Lynn, from 2pm-6pm, followed by a service at 6pm. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend and at the request of the family, please feel free to wear brightly colored clothing. Her committal service will be held on Friday, October 25, at St. Mary the Annunciation Cemetery, Danvers at 12PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to MSPCA-Angel, 350 South Huntington Ave., Boston, MA 02130 and Headstrong Project, P.O. Box 412572, Boston, MA 02241.
