- Charles M. Curll (73, Wilmington) was served a summons for Shoplifting By Asportation. Market Basket reported a shoplifting incident. Alleged shoplifter was given a no trespass order as well. (1:59pm)

- Wade Joseph Allaire (33, Fairhaven) was served a summons for Leaving The Scene Of Property Damage. Allaire was allegedly involved in a hit and run at Concord Street and the 93 North ramp. (1:03pm)
- Jose Miguel Baez (48, Lawrence) was served a summons for Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended License, Unregistered Motor Vehicle, and Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended License for an OUI. (5:34pm)

Multiple callers reported Duane was operating his vehicle erratically on Main Street, nearly rear-ending another vehicle. (9:18pm)
