- Christopher Mercedes Lara (29, Lawrence) was served a summons for Shoplifting By Asportation. Target loss prevention office contacted police. (9:40am)
- Wade Joseph Allaire (33, Fairhaven) was served a summons for Leaving The Scene Of Property Damage. Allaire was allegedly involved in a hit and run at Concord Street and the 93 North ramp. (1:03pm)
- Jose Miguel Baez (48, Lawrence) was served a summons for Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended License, Unregistered Motor Vehicle, and Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended License for an OUI. (5:34pm)
