WILMINGTON POLICE LOG for October 5, 2024

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Saturday, October 5, 2024:
  • Police came across a vehicle parked in a Research Drive lot with bubble wrap on the windows. Driver was playing Call of Duty on an external battery. He was advised he cannot park on private property and he was moved along. (1:02am)
  • An ice cream truck driver reported another ice cream truck driver has been following him around. Caller believes other truck may not be permitted. Police responded to the Shawsheen Elementary School. Peace was restored. (2:32pm)
  • A car struck a scooter near Super Petroleum on Main Street. No injuries noted. (3:27pm)
  • Target security reported a past verbal altercation between two customers. When security intervened, one customer threatened to punch security. Customer was described as a heavy set older male using an electronic scooter. Customer left the store by the time police arrived. North Andover Police was notified to have customer contact the Wilmington Police. (4:42pm)
