NORTH READING, MA — John A. LoVetere III, 58, originally of Wilmington, MA, died in his home in the early morning of Sunday, October 6th, after a long battle with chronic illness. John’s loving wife of 25 years, Selena Smathers, was by his side when he passed.
John led a rich life, living in many cities throughout the country and built a successful career, of which he was very proud. John loved the ocean, family trips, being a grandfather and his beloved dogs Kia and Jax.
John is survived by his wife and the love of his life, Selena Smathers; mother and stepfather, Nancy and Doug Dehart; in-laws Frank and Verdon Smathers; sister and brother-in-law Pennie and Nick Yebba; his beloved daughters Nicole Fisher and Carolyn Simpson; son-in-laws Joshua Fisher, and Stephen Simpson; and his two grandsons, whom he was tremendously proud of, Andrew and Harrison Fisher.
Services are planned for Friday November 8, 2024 10:30 AM at St. Theresa’s Parish in North Reading, MA. Luncheon to follow.
