SCHOOL BUIDLING PROJECT: School Committee To Welcome New Staff, Receive Updates On Building Projects At September 11 Meeting

WILMINGTON, MA — The Wilmington School Committee is holding a meeting this Wednesday, September 11, 2024 at 7pm in the High School’s Large Instruction Room.

The meeting will be streamed live on WCTV.org and on WCTV.

There are several noteworthy items on the meeting agenda, including:

• The School Committee will receive updates on the Town Hall/School Administration building project and the Elementary School building project.
• The School Committee will receive its start-of-the-school-year staffing update and welcome new personnel.
• The School Committee will review the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the district and the Police Department for the 2024-2025 school year.
• The School Committee will approve student activities accounts for the school year, as well as establish its contract negotiation teams for the school year.

The School Committee will also hear any public comments, correspondence, and subcommittee reports.
