WILMINGTON, MA — According to the Wilmington Police Log, Wilmington Police issued the following arrests and summonses between August 5, 2024 and August 11, 2024.
Monday, August 5, 2024
- A 16-year-old was arrested for Using A Motor Vehicle Without Authority, Negligent Operation Of A Motor Vehicle, Marked Lanes Violation, Speeding, Operating A Motor Vehicle Without A License, Failure To Stop For Police, and Leave Scene Of Property Damage. Father reported his son took his vehicle without permission. Father was able to track his son. Police was able to locate the vehicle on the road. Vehicle crashed into a vehicle coming out of the Burger King parking lot on Lowell Street. The driver took off and was apprehended in front of Red Heat Tavern. (2:59pm)
