WILMINGTON POLICE LOG for July 19, 2024

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Friday, July 19, 2024:
  • MBTA called requesting assistance on platform at Wilmington Commuter Rail Stop on Main Street. Unruly passenger allegedly threw a water bottle at conductor. Police restored the peace and conductor allowed passenger back onto train. (6:44am)
  • A walk-in party reported they lost their backpack at the RMV. (8:36am)
  • A caller reported two parties on a motorized bike or scooter ran a red light at Woburn Street and Concord Street, tailgated her, and then passed her on Woburn Street, pulling into the Woburn St. School. Police were unable to locate. (6:37pm)
  • Joseph Landry (56, Tewksbury) was served a summons for Shoplifting By Asportation. A Market Basket employee reported a customer left the store with approximately $125 of laundry detergent without paying. (8:04pm)
