OBITUARY: Nancy W. (Campbell) Bolton, 75

WILMINGTON, MA — Nancy W. (Campbell) Bolton, age 75, of Wilmington, MA, passed away in the early hours of July 14th, 2024, due to complications from Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD).

Nancy is survived by her three children: daughter Johanna (Kieran) Lynch of Medford, MA, and sons, Matthew (Diana) of South Lyon, MI and Ian of Wilmington, MA. She is also survived by grandchildren: Paige Bolton, Wyatt Bolton and James Michael Lynch, her brothers, Robert (Teresa) Winkler, Jr. of Charlotte, NC and Donald Winkler of Hereford, AZ, and her sisters-in-law Linda Bolton of Chicago, IL and Penny (Tom) Rapp of Oro Valley, AZ and nieces and nephews.

Nancy is predeceased by her husband, Michael “Mike” P. Bolton, her parents, Robert and Marguerite Winkler, Sr., her father-in-law and mother-in-law, John Patrick “Jack” and Christina Bolton, brother-in-law,William Bolton, granddaughter, Laura Autumn Bolton and twin grandsons, John Patrick & Joseph William Lynch.

Nancy was born and raised on the North side of Chicago, IL. She graduated from St. Francis Hospital School of Nursing in Evanston, IL in 1969. Nancy married Mike in 1971, and settled in Ann Arbor, MI to raise their children. Nancy found great joy in spending time with her family and always looked forward to sharing a good meal with them. Nancy enjoyed planting flower gardens, where there was always an abundance of pinks & purples and cultivated her annual crop of coleus plants in her blue pot collection. She also kept a few raised garden beds for vegetables, so that she could eat warm cherry tomatoes straight off the vine.

As per Nancy’s request, no funeral or memorial service will be held.
