• The Wilmington Recreation Department is holding its next Concert on the Common, from 6:30pm to 8pm, featuring  Southern Rail. Southern Rail’s bluegrass is high octane exuberant fun with stunning harmonies, irrepressible good humor and sparkling banjo, guitar and mandolin.
