- Police reported an offensive word written in red spray paint on the back of the old Rite Aid building. (1:03am)
- Police received report that a man dressed in a black entered the back door of a Dunkin Donuts location on Lowell Street and quickly left the store after 15 seconds. Nothing appeared to have been taken. (2:20am)
- Keytel Landestoy (21, Burlington) was served a summons for Breaking & Entering For A Misdemeanor, Assault & Battery, and Trespass. Caller reported a past incident where her ex-boyfriend allegedly assaulted one of her female friends. (6:16pm)
- Benjamin Kurtz Andrus (19, Wilmington) was served a summons for Unregistered Motor Vehicle. A 17-year-old juvenile was also served a summons on the same charge. Both were involved in a crash while driving motor bikes. One suffered a leg injury. The other suffered an arm and head injury. Fire Department responded. (8:47pm)
