Dear Neighbors,
Have you noticed that Wilmington has had an increasing number of its beautiful historic homes for sale, and wondered whether they would be bought and fixed up by a new family, flipped by a contractor, or demolished/subdivided/replaced by large new-builds?
I put together a survey to gauge public interest in several options that the town could pursue to protect its historic properties, but each of them would require updates to our town legislation, and buy-in from historic property owners.
If you have opinions (and I know most of you do), could you please share them with me through answering this informal/non-binding/non-scientific survey? Only one reply per person, please.
If you have any questions or comments, please contact me at jjackson@wilmingtonma.gov.
Sincerely,
Joseph Jackson
