WILMINGTON, MA — The Wilmington School Committee is holding a meeting this Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at 7pm in the High School’s Large Instruction Room.
The meeting will be streamed live on WCTV.org and on WCTV.
There are several noteworthy items on the meeting agenda, including:
- The School Committee will provide an update on the Superintendent’s Evaluation and a FY25 raise for the Superintendent.
- Superintendent Brand will provide an update on the MSBA Wildwood School Building project.
- Middle School Principal Jeanette Quirk and Assistant Superintendent Christine Elliott will give a presentation on multi-tiered system of support, including the WIN block.
- Director of Technology and Digital Learning Ken Lord will present the district’s new technology plan.
- The School Committee will approve the 2024-2025 handbooks for the Middle School and High School.
- The School Committee will review 11 revised policies, including “Parental Notification Relative To Sex Education.”
The School Committee will also hear any public comments, correspondence, and subcommittee reports.
