WILMINGTON POLICE LOG for June 11, 2024: Wrong Way Driver On Highway; 3 Drivers Served Summonses

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Tuesday, June 11, 2024:
  • Victor Manuel Pereyra Martinez (34, Albany, NY) were served a summons for Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended License, Uninsured Motor Vehicle, Unregistered Motor Vehicle, and Speeding. (5:22am)
  • Brian E. Kilbane (63, Townsend) was served a summons for Operating A Motor Vehicle In Violation Of Class and Crosswalk Violation. (1:27pm)
  • Erik Gabriel Baldizon (42, Wilmington) was served a summons for Larceny of a Motor Vehicle. (3:30pm)
  • A loose pitbull was located on Cherokee Lane with no chip. The dog was brought to the Lowell Humane Society. (4:56pm)
  • Police responded to reports of a wrong way driver going south on 93 North. Driver corrected themselves and began driving in the right direction. Police spoke with driver, who showed no signs of impairment. Driver was advised of the consequences of driving the wrong way. (10:34pm)
