18 Wilmington Middle School Students Receive Awards In National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration’s Art Contest

Below is a press release from the Wilmington Middle School:

WILMINGTON, MA — Earlier this spring, some Wilmington Middle School students participated in the annual NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) Art Contest.

The theme of this contest was threatened/endangered species.

This was a national contest that was designed to bring attention to species in the North Atlantic that are facing severe population declines.

The winning group’s artwork will be featured in NOAA’s 2025 calendar.

On May 17th, NOAA announced the following awards for Wilmington students:
