WILMINGTON POLICE LOG for May 31, 2024

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Friday, May 31, 2024:
  • Police received multiple calls regarding train gates stuck down and lights flashing but no train coming through at the Salem St. crossing. MBTA Police and Keolis notified and responded. (6:02am)
  • A walk-in party reported a co-worker has been threatening her. (7:12am)
  • 99 Restaurant manager reported gift cards were purchased with a stolen credit card. (11:16am)
  • A 2-vehicle crash occurred near Target. Unspecified injuries. Fire Department responded. One vehicle towed. (12:22pm)
  • A caller reported traffic lights were not cycling properly at Burlington Avenue and Chestnut Street. Ongoing issue possibly caused by solar glare. (5:00pm)
  • Wilmington Police assisted Tewksbury Police with a missing 3-year-old girl, who was quickly located. (5:24pm)
