- Fhelipe Lesmann Dominques (21, Lowell) was served a summons for Unlicensed Operation Of A Motor Vehicle and Speeding. Dominques was allegedly driving a vehicle involved in a verbal altercation with juveniles on bicycles in the Town Beach area. (6:59pm)
