- TEXTILES WANTED: The Wilmington Educational Foundation has partnered with Baystate Textiles to raise funds through an ongoing textile recycling rebate program. Donations can be in any condition as long as they’re clean and dry. The Wilmington Educational Foundation will receive a rebate of $100 for every ton of textiles collected. WEF earns thousands of dollars each year from this fundraiser.
- CANS WANTED: Wilmington’s Cub Scout Pack 136 and Boy Scout Troop 136 are currently collecting returnable cans and bottles to help support their Scouting programs. Learn more HERE.
- FEEDBACK WANTED: Help Wilmington Memorial Library plan their next chapter by taking their Community Survey. Library staff is committed to providing you with the best possible library experience. By participating in this survey, you can help the library figure out how they can better serve you and the community of Wilmington.
- PATCHES STILL AVAILABLE: The Wilmington Police Department is selling commemorative patches for Peace Officer Memorial Day during the month of May. 100% of the proceeds will go to The Greg Hill Foundation, which will then directly support the family of Waltham MA Police Department Officer Paul Tracey. Officer Tracey tragically lost his life in the line of duty on December 6, 2023, leaving behind his wife and two children. Patches, which cost $10, can be purchased at the front desk of the Public Safety Building or online HERE.
