VIRTUAL Creative Writing Skills Group

Learn and apply creative writing tips, tools, and techniques shared by published authors and other writing experts. Open to all who want to improve their writing skills and get their work published. Strongwater Farm Therapeutic Equestrian Center

For more than two decades, Strongwater Farm has improved the quality of life and health for thousands of children and adults with special needs in the Greater Boston area through professional Equine-Assisted Services (EAS). Join us for a tour of the facility and learn more about their work. Please note, we will be meeting at the farm!
Needleworkers

Music with Dara

With keyboard, felt board, finger puppets, and engaging visual props, Dara weaves songs (old and new favorites), fingerplays, rhythmic activities/simple instrument playing, and creative movement for a fun-filled musical 30-45 minute program. Lots of clapping, marching, singing, creative expression and FUN! Ages 2-5, siblings welcome
Bilingual Story Hour

The Community Teamwork Family Resource Network is here weekly! Practice using your home language with us! Our staff will be here with an interpreter speaking Haitian Creole. At our playgroup we will work on Early Literacy skills and more! Ask CTI about any resources they can help provide for you and your family. Ages 0-6 and their caregivers
Family Craft Night: Kindness Rocks

Book Store Next Door
The Book Store Next Door is open on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 10am to 4pm. Shop discount books! Paperbacks for $1 and hardcovers for $2. The Book Store is staffed by volunteers from the Friends of the Library and all proceeds help support library programs.

The library has discounted passes to your favorite Massachusetts museums, attractions, and state parks. Find the full list on our website!
WML In-Person Programming
Registration is required for most in-person programs. Please check our website on the day of the program to confirm location. Masks are no longer required for vaccinated patrons while visiting the library.
WML Virtual Programming
The library continues to offer a variety of virtual events. Please note that registration is required in order to receive the Zoom link. Go to wilmlibrary.org to register or call 978-658-2967.

Exciting news! Tonies have arrived at WML and are available for two week checkouts! Tonieboxes are easy-to-use, screen-free audio players for kids of all ages. We have over 90 figures to choose from and 5 Toniebox kits, so there’s something for everyone!
