Below is an announcement from Wilmington Community Television:

New Programming Just For You!

Lost In Translation Podcast: Episode 37 featuring Ali Aboukal and Michael Lawler

Wilmington High athletes and friends since middle school, Michael Lawler and Ali Aboukal join the LIT podcast to talk about nearing the end of their high school journeys on and off the field. The duo talked about their shared love of sports, camaraderie on the football and lacrosse fields, and what it’s like to survive in a small town. They also talked about their differing paths and obstacles they faced. Aboukal, who does the grunt work in the trenches in football and lacrosse, was raised as a brown kid in a white town by his older siblings. Lawler was a star athlete in football and basketball, and a bonafide DI recruit in lacrosse before a horrific series of injuries his junior year nearly ended his career and sent him into a very dark place. They both talked about finishing strong, looking back, and wanting to savor every last moment. This one is definitely a tear jerker!

Through Fire And Oak Podcast: Episode 2 — “Living The Dream One Failure At A Time”

In this episode of Through Fire and Oak, join hosts Erica and Sean as they talk about their dreams, nightmares, working together both in and out of the restaurant, and always persevering through countless mistakes and mishaps.
