WILMINGTON, MA — Temporary Town Manager Lou Cimaglia announces the appointment of Judith O’Connell to the position of Assistant Town Manager effective May 7, 2024.
Ms. O’Connell is a lifelong resident of Wilmington, graduate of Wilmington High School and Merrimack College, and has 28 years of combined experience in real estate, sales, marketing, municipal government, education, HR benefits, administrative support and athletic coaching.
Ms. O’Connell served on the Wilmington School Committee from 2007 to 2010 and the Board of Selectmen from April 2011 to April 2017 and September 2021 to April 2023.
