In the inaugural episode of Through Fire and Oak, learn all about host Erica and Sean Marchant’s first year in business, how they started Code 1 Barbecue and built it from a tiny bark-yard venture into a full-blown brick and mortar restaurant.

On the Mat: “Senior Assassination” (new podcast, special episode!)

On the Mat hosts, Braedon Almas and Jacob Doherty are joined by WCTV Executive Director, Sam Perkins to discuss the ongoing “Senior Assassination” Contest at Wilmington High School. The boys talk about rules and regulations for the contest, their sleeper picks to win it and surprise eliminations and Sam just flames everyone!
