- Timothy Pilcher (64, Wilmington) was served a summons for OUI (Drugs), Negligent Operation Of A Motor Vehicle, and Marked Lanes Violation. A caller reported a truck on Church Street was swerving in both lanes. Last scene turning onto Main Street. Police caught up with truck on Clark Street. (7:37pm)
