- Ismael Ferrer (49, Lowell) was arrested for OUI Liquor; Marked Lanes Violation; and Negligent Operation Of A Motor Vehicle. A caller reported an Amazon Van was operating erratically, driving all over the roadway on Woburn Street. Police followed van, which was driving on the wrong side of the road, and stopped it at Woburn St. and Concord St. (4:36pm)
