WILMINGTON, MA — Below are 5 things to do in Wilmington on Friday, March 8, 2024:

  • The Wilmington Strings Orchestra Parent Support Group is holding a Rock ‘n Roll Bingo fundraiser, from 7pm to 10pm, at the Wilmington Knights of Columbus Hall (112 Middlesex Avenue). Enjoy a fun evening of bingo, music, raffles, prizes, dancing and fun! Tickets cost $20 per person/$200 per table in advance. (Tickets will cost $25 at the door.) Reserve your tickets using the QR code in the flyer below. Proceeds raised will benefit scholarships given to senior Strings students. Senior students will perform at 7pm. Email wilmingtonstringsorchestra@gmail.com to donate a raffle item or ask any questions.

  • The Wilmington Knights of Columbus is holding a Meat Raffle Bingo Night fundraiser at the KofC Hall’s O’Leary Pub (112 Middlesex Avenue). Bingo will begin at 7:30pm sharp. Proceeds from the fundraiser will benefit the Knights.

  • The Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue) is holding the following activities: Needleworkers (10am) and Music with Dara (10:30am).

  • The Wilmington Senior Center (15 School Street) is holding the following activities: Zumba (9am); Sewing (9:30am); Chair Yoga (12:30pm) and Poker (1pm). Learn more HERE.

  • DEADLINE: TODAY is the final day to submit nomination papers, with at least 50 valid signatures from Wilmington voters, to the Town Clerk’s Office to get on the ballot for the Annual Town Election.
